He is a 33-year veteran of Law Enforcement.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to intervene in the early stages of the lives of students with the goal to create structure, self-respect, and self-discipline. Our broader goal is to Offer Scholarships and Conduct Criminal Justice Research amd Reform regarding the adolescent community.
